UPDATE for Supreme Court case #18-1402 Harold Stanley, et al v. U.S. District Court for D.C.

Today, I received notice that the Supreme Court DENIED the Petition for Writ of Certiorari for case 18-1402 Harold Stanley, et al v. U.S. District Court for D.C.

Please see my May 14, 2019 blog for the background on this case and page 3 of the Supreme Court’s June 10, 2019 Order List for confirmation of the denial of the Petition.

Fortunately, there are other cases in various stages of prosecution, so, the battle against corruption in the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Justice and the Judicial Branch will continue.

In case you are unaware, the Government requires a fee of $400.00 to file a case in U.S. District Court, $505.00 in the Court of Appeals and $300.00 in the Supreme Court. And, that’s just the beginning.

Since 2016, I, along with the Co-Plaintiffs, have spent almost $32,000.00 for filing fees, printing costs, postage, printer paper, toner cartridges, and other ordinary and necessary expenses associated with this battle. While I have received some donations from other freedom-loving Americans all over the country, most of these funds came out of our own pockets, at great sacrifice.

If you would like to play an important part in restoring the Rule of Law to America, I encourage each of you to DONATE to this worthy cause. Any amount is welcome and will be appreciated.

Also, please know that, as an Accountant, I keep meticulous records and can assure you that every penny will be spent for its intended purpose.

Let’s all work together to defeat government corruption and restore liberty and prosperity to EVERY current and future generation of Americans.

In liberty,

RAM
