Case Updates

It is often said, “Time flies when you’re having fun”. And, there is no more fun than suing corrupt federal “public servants”. Since my last blog on June 30th, Michael Ellis and I have been extremely busy working on multiple cases in District Court, Appeals Court and the Supreme Court.

In fact, things have been moving at such a fast pace, I had to set aside some time today to update my listing of all the cases we have filed, or assisted in filing, since 2014. I was astounded at the numbers, which are as follows:

District Court: 26

Court of Appeals: 29

Supreme Court: 20

Total Cases: 75

Here is the listing of the cases.

Not once has a government-paid attorney, before the bench or behind, denied the existence of the sequential institutionalized IRS record falsification program. I think that means we are correct. And that means at least 50+ judges and a bunch of DoJ attorneys have compromised themselves in an open assault on the Rule of Law by the Government.

Along with the tens of thousands of hours we have spent to stop the IRS from falsifying its records (remember, we don’t charge anyone for our time), there is a real dollar cost associated with my PACER subscription, court filing fees; printing (the Supreme Court requires more than 50 copies of each petition to be printed and bound to its specifications); paper and ink for printing many thousands of pages for the lower courts; postage; transportation costs to/from the printing company and the post office; along with other miscellaneous costs. I estimate those costs have exceeded $50,000 since we first began our efforts.

We could not have gotten this far without monetary donations from so many of you who believe we are on the path to victory and, for that, we are eternally grateful.

As much as the IRS criminals, corrupt DoJ attorneys, and complicit federal judges at all levels wish we would simply give up, we will not. There is much work left to do.

  • We have at least two more Supreme Court petitions to write, print, and file, which will cost around $800.00 each.

  • There are still a number of cases stalled in the lower courts that need constant monitoring and occasional filings to ensure they are not dismissed for lack of prosecution.

  • My 4th quarter PACER invoice will need to be paid in January.

  • Also, my 8 terabyte external hard drive has stopped communicating with my computer, so I can’t access the historical files stored on it. I need a computer technician to fix it.

  • On top of all that, the IRS informed me that it will increase the garnishment of my Social Security benefits to more than $1,200 per month. (52%)

So, in this giving season, I am asking each of you to search your heart and wallets and donate to the cause. Any amount will be welcomed and appreciated.

For those of you so moved, here is the link to my website “Donate” page showing several simple ways to safely and securely send money.

As always, I thank you for your continued support.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours!
