We will be talking about the lawsuits we, and other Plaintiffs, have filed against the IRS, since 2014, to enjoin them from falsifying their records to enforce the income tax against so-called “non-filers”. These falsified records are “the fruit of the poisonous tree” leading to the unlawful issuance of liens, levies and subsequent property seizures.

We have also filed lawsuits against U.S. Department of Justice attorneys to enjoin them from using these falsified documents to reduce assessments to judgments, which lead to property seizures, and may also form the basis for indictment, prosecution, conviction and imprisonment of otherwise innocent Americans, based on fraud.

We have also sued three Federal District Court judges for falsifying court records in order to justify their dismissal of our cases for lack of subject matter jurisdiction based on the 1867 Anti-Injunction Act (26 U.S. Code §7421), when, in fact, that statute does not apply to our cases.

And, finally, we have sued one Appellate Court judge for wrongfully affirming the District Court’s dismissal of our cases based on falsified court records.

It promises to be an interesting discussion and I hope you will set aside the time to listen.

Blessings,

RAM
